Absolutely thrilled to announce that Körber has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in US-based Stellium Inc., a leading expert in SAP-based supply chain software implementations with a strong footprint in the United States, India, and the Middle East. With this acquisition, we at Körber are forming a globally leading innovative consultancy for end-to-end supply chain software implementations. Randeep Nambiar, Sabitha Raja & Team, a warm welcome to Körber, jointly with Helena Garriga, Ingo Windshügel, Stefan Schmuck and Stefan Reimold, and the rest of Körber Supply Chain, we are set out for great things ahead.
