Yesterday was one of those days that reminds you why alignment actually matters 💪 I brought together all colleagues with commercial responsibility across our 6 offices, together with the marketing and brand team and spent the day doing something simple, but not easy: slowing down to make our goals explicit 👏 We worked from group ambitions all the way down to country priorities and personal commitments, using the OKR framework as a shared language. Not to introduce something new, but to professionalise what we already do, by making direction, assumptions, and ownership visible before we run 🚀 What stood out wasn’t the framework. It was the quality of the conversations that came across the offices and the marketing team 🙏 Open discussions. Honest trade-offs. Real commitment. And a shared understanding of how Sales and Marketing depend on each other to make growth add up. Strategy only becomes real when it becomes personal. Yesterday, it did 👐 Grateful for the energy, engagement, and willingness to lean into the work. Now the real work begins! 🚀 Thanks Anders Frey Birkmose, Lars Ørum Andersen, Peter Lodberg Pedersen, Rune Galschiøt, Markus Meyer-Westphal, Anouk Maat, Marloes Naber, Prince Siflah Talhaoui, Lotten Holmgren, Santo Malimbada, Carl Wallnér, Knirke Mollerup, Johanna Sofie Sylvest, Anton Göranson and Asbjørn Poulsen 💪
