🌍 We received a number of requests from customers and partners outside Germany for an English version of this video. Here it is. What if you could deburr and finish your workpieces in a single operation – with longer tool life and consistent results? Ceramic fiber brushes have become a proven solution for precision deburring and surface finishing in modern manufacturing. Compared to conventional nylon or steel brushes, they provide a more stable and repeatable machining process while significantly increasing tool life. The key to their performance lies in the ceramic fibers themselves. Each brush consists of around 1,000 bonded ceramic fibers with microscopic, self-sharpening cutting edges. As the fibers wear, new cutting edges are continuously exposed, ensuring a consistent material removal rate throughout the entire service life of the brush. Unlike conventional brush filaments, ceramic fibers retain their shape during use, withstand temperatures of up to 150°C, and enable reliable deburring and surface finishing without altering the geometry of the workpiece. Key benefits include: · Deburring and surface finishing in a single operation · Long tool life for improved process efficiency and lower tooling costs · Consistent machining results thanks to self-sharpening ceramic fibers · Ideal for surfaces, edges, threads, cross holes and deep holes · Suitable for machining centers, robotic applications and special-purpose machines · Effective on materials ranging from soft metals to difficult-to-machine alloys 🎥 In this video, we explain the technology behind ceramic fiber brushes, introduce the different brush types, and show where they can help optimize deburring and finishing processes. 👉 Learn more: kempf.tools/ceramic #kempf #kempftools #burrfree #gratfrei #deburring #surfacefinishing #ceramicfiber #industrialbrushes #manufacturing #machining #cnc #cncmachining #automation #metalworking
