“Because of BMA, even in moments when I questioned myself, I never questioned that I belong at Kellogg.” A sense of belonging is at the heart of Kellogg’s student-led clubs. The Black Management Association (BMA) brings students togethers around shared values while helping develop the next generation of Black leaders. Through long-standing traditions like the BMA Conference, the Second Year Sendoff and the BMA alumni mixer, BMA serves as a home base and a platform for leadership across campus. “It’s one thing to learn about leadership skills in classes.
