I am truly grateful and happy to share that I have recently been promoted to Omnichannel Manager, APAC at RIMOWA. Expanding from CRM and Client Services, I will now also be leading E-commerce — bringing these dynamic functions together with a focus to further connect our retail and digital ecosystems and strengthen our omnichannel approach across the region.
