Yesterday, I had the pleasure and privilege of attending the IAPEA 16th Annual Conference at the University of Pretoria’s Future Africa Campus. It was truly an insightful and empowering experience, one that reminded me of the incredible potential within our profession. As a Clinical Associate student, I was particularly moved by the discussion around how we, as ClinA's, present ourselves in the clinical and professional space. Too often, we underestimate our value or hesitate to take up space confidently. A statement that deeply resonated with me came from Ms. Lungile Kasapato, CEO of #PPOServe, who said “There is no role model out there for us; it is a new career, and you have to craft it yourself.” Those words reminded me that as emerging healthcare professionals, we are not just following a path, we are helping to create it. 👏 #ClinicalAssociates #IAPEAConference #FutureAfrica #Leadership #HealthcareInnovation #ProfessionalGrowth
