Yesterday was a truly special day in London, as colleagues came together for a fundraiser rooted in a shared commitment to widening access and opportunity across our industry. Our team in the London office spent the day cycling and rowing the distance between Oxford and Cambridge in support of the Sina Nafissi Excellence Fund, collectively covering 344 km. The fund was established in memory of our former colleague, Sina Nafissi, in partnership with the Taylor Bennett Foundation. Sina was a passionate advocate for ethnic diversity within our profession, and through this partnership the fund continues to break down financial barriers by supporting travel to interviews, access to networking opportunities and event-related medical costs. Together, we raised £3,612 — a fantastic collective effort, made all the more special by the return of visiting alumni who joined us on the day.
