Once again, our private capital teams from London, Munich, Paris and Berlin were on the ground at SuperReturn International, advising GPs, LPs, advisers and industry leaders from around the world about what is needed to set themselves apart in an industry of thousands.    From facilitating media interviews and supporting panel appearances to advising clients on some of the sector’s most closely watched issues, it was a week focused on helping our clients have their voices heard.   It was also a pleasure to welcome so many clients, industry leaders and friends of the firm to our annual SuperReturn dinners.   One theme stood out throughout the week: performance matters, but increasingly it is narrative that shapes how performance is understood, trusted and acted upon. Whether discussing liquidity, fundraising, valuations or private wealth, communications is playing a more central role than ever.   Thank you to everyone we met in Berlin.
