#TEAM It has always been important to us to be close to our customers and close to the machinery. That's why our sales colleagues are constantly on the road throughout Germany, providing on-site advice on the best automation and drive solutions. And so it's all the more great when our colleagues meet up in person and benefit from sharing their experiences. This was recently the case in Heilbronn, for example: our site here has been in operation since 2018 and serves as a regional centre for application engineering, sales and technical support. Development teams for HMI and IIoT are also based here. In short: this is the ideal setting for a meeting of our colleagues from the South-West Germany region. Once again, it has become clear just how important close collaboration between sales and technical support is, with each team being able to contribute its own individual strengths.
