Time sailed by soooo fast… 🌊 Recalling a couple of months before graduation last May, the dilemma was real. Should I go into… Banking, like most of the others from my school? 🏦 Consulting, where many of my friends are? 💼 Or maybe even Tech, the next big industry that everyone is talking about? 💻 …but none of those felt right at all at that time. Had many nights of contemplation and many conversations with others who were way ahead in terms of life and career… and then it dawned on me that the answer was actually pretty clear the whole time if only I leaned in to what resonates the most. “People, Passion, and Product” was always my answer when many asked what made me decide to return to the PAMily. Since my internship with Richemont & Panerai when I was a sophomore student, I was blessed to be mentored by amazing Leadership and work with like-minded colleagues who made the experience so very memorable. Many “firsts” with Panerai since 2021, and now, happy to celebrate the FIRST work anniversary. Grazie mille and so thankful — to yet another GREAT year of breakthroughs and learnings ahead! 🙏🏻⛵️
