This week, we're excited to spotlight Andrew Hawley, Quality Control Specialist I at our Patriot Park facility, as our Team Member Tuesday! Over the past four years, Andrew has found purpose not only in the work he does, but in the people he works alongside every day. For Andrew, KBI's culture and team camaraderie are what make the biggest difference. He values being part of a supportive team that works together, tackles challenges head-on, and is always willing to help one another succeed. That support is matched by a deep connection to KBI's mission. After watching his mother overcome breast cancer, Andrew gained a firsthand understanding of the impact life-changing therapies can have on patients and their families. Knowing that KBI plays a role in bringing those treatments to people in need gives his work even greater meaning. When he's not at work, Andrew enjoys restoring cars, teaching himself everything from engine repair to paint and body work. He's currently rebuilding one of his dream cars – a 2014 Shelby GT500. He also loves traveling and attending UFC fights with his fiancée, Nelly, and spending time with their sweet and smart 5-year-old Australian Shepherd, Nala.
