💫 When you can DREAM IT - you can DO IT! 💫 CEE Strengths Factory – Masterclass 3: Start strong, Stay strong 💙 On so‑called Blue Monday - the day many give up on New Year’s resolutions - we turned the Vienna Office into a place of energy, connection, and momentum. Definitely not the most depressing day of the year! What made it special? 1️⃣ Practice & Reflect: We explored “When do you get the best of me - and when the worst?” to build real self-awareness and team trust. 2️⃣ Habits at the core: Success, satisfaction, and a healthy life are built on what we do consistently, not occasionally. 3️⃣ From blockers to builders: We surfaced what holds us back and reframed how to design new, sustainable habits that actually stick, detailing the cue-act-reward loop. 4️⃣ Dream it – Do it: Imagination is pushing you mentally towards desired outcome. Where attention goes – energy flows.
