Merit America is hiring a Manager, Revenue Operations. The person in this role will own the analytical infrastructure behind our revenue decisions, building the forecasting, modeling, and data workflows that fuel our growth. Here's what you'd be doing: š Owning our AI-enabled revenue forecast model, pulling together pipeline, capacity, and enrollment data to drive goal setting and performance tracking š Synthesizing inputs from program, finance, partnerships, and development into executive-ready projections and dashboards š¤ Partnering closely with our Development and Partnership team to shape forecasts and inform goals āļø Owning Salesforce as our system of record, setting data standards, and improving it as a forecasting input š¤ Using AI tools and Excel automation to speed up analysis and cut down on day-to-day toil We're looking for someone who: š¹ Has 5+ years in revenue operations, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical field š¹ Has built and stress-tested multi-scenario revenue forecasts for senior audiences š¹ Is proficient in Salesforce (strongly preferred) and advanced in Excel or Google Sheets š¹ Is comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot as part of how they work š¹ Sees ambiguity as a chance to build something, not a problem to wait out Logistical details: š Link to job description & application: š In the comments! š¼ Remote role | Salary: $120,000 | 4-day work week If you're interested, please apply directly through our careers page.
