Environmental & Outdoor Learning Consultant | Strategy, Partnerships, Capacity Building & Network Leadership
As I step away from the Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education after 17 years, I continue to think about how grateful I am for this incredible network. It has been such a gift to work alongside the amazing educators, partners and advocates across Colorado who care so deeply about connecting people to each other and to the natural world. I’m also genuinely excited to watch what comes next! New leadership brings new energy, new perspectives, and new possibilities, and I know CAEE will continue to grow and evolve in meaningful ways. I am thrilled that Lauren Gibson will be joining the team as the new executive director! She brings deep experience in environmental and outdoor learning and a strong commitment to youth and community leadership. CAEE is well-positioned to continue making a difference because of all of you and the culture of collaboration and care this community has built together. Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. I’m leaving with so much gratitude and so much hope for the future of environmental and outdoor learning in Colorado. Welcome Lauren!
