If you want to truly understand a product, spend time with the people who use it every day. During our visit to KASPAR SCHULZ Brauereimaschinenfabrik & Apparatebauanstalt GmbH to film a case study, it became clear again how much insight comes from simply being on-site. Projects like this are a good reminder that understanding does not come from presentations or assumptions, but from conversations and observation. Talking to people on the shop floor, seeing processes in real conditions, and asking questions you did not know you needed to ask. Some things I keep taking from projects like this: 💡 The best insights come from the people doing the work every day. 💡 You only really understand processes once you see them in action. 💡 Flexibility matters more than sticking to the original plan. Thank you to everyone at KASPAR SCHULZ for the trust and insights, and to the team behind the project for making it happen. The video is now live. #collaboration #learning #manufacturing Carolina J.
