The ⭐Director of Customer Experience⭐ is a high-impact leadership role on the Marketing team, as the orchestrator of customer experience design for Saint-Gobain North America brands – from loyalty programs and events to digital experiences, customer journeys, training, and customer insights. If you love asking, “how can we make this better for our customer?” then rolling up your sleeves and working side-by-side with an incredible team to fix it, then this might be a perfect role for you.
