Democracy in action. Great to see how Arla Foods farmers and the farmers of DMK Deutsches Milchkontor GmbH and DOC Kaas B.V. joined up around the proposed merger with a clear “YES”. Since the announcement of the intention to merge on 8 April 2025, a number of my Arla colleagues, including my own team as well as our elected farmer representatives have put a lot of efforts and many kilometers on the highway to ensure a smooth and transparent process. This naturally also goes for the colleagues in DMK and DOC KAAS. The result clearly shows that we have succeed. Thank you all….we can all be very proud of this groundbreaking result.
