11 Months. One Vision. Building the Future of Mobility Skills. I am delighted to share the June Newsletter and reflect on an incredible 11-month journey as the Managing Director of TN AutoSkills. Over the past 11 months, our mission has been simple yet ambitious: to build a globally competitive automotive and mobility talent ecosystem from Tamil Nadu for the world. Together with our partners, we have been able to: ✅ Build strategic partnerships with leading OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, MSMEs, startups, academic institutions, and government agencies. ✅ Accelerate industry-led skilling initiatives aligned with the future of Mobility, EVs, Advanced Manufacturing, AI, Digital Engineering, Sustainability, and Industry 4.0. ✅ Expand collaborations beyond Tamil Nadu, creating a strong national network with institutions and industry partners across India. ✅ Strengthen the bridge between Industry, Academia, Government, and Young Talent to prepare India’s workforce for the mobility transformation. The month of June was particularly significant, with several strategic engagements, industry collaborations, MSME initiatives, policy discussions, and future-focused partnerships that will contribute to India’s vision of Viksit Bharat 2047. This journey would not have been possible without the unwavering support of our Government, Industry Leaders, Educational Institutions, Mobility Experts, and every member of the TN AutoSkills team. My sincere gratitude to everyone who has trusted and supported this mission. The best is yet to come. As we enter our second year, our focus remains clear: Creating a Global Mobility Innovation & Skill Grid, empowering MSMEs, nurturing startups, supporting OEMs, and making Tamil Nadu the world’s leading hub for mobility skills and innovation.
