Good afternoon LinkedIn! Happy Saturday. Today’s topic is: What’s one lesson the past decade has taught you that you’re bringing into the next one? I’ll start it off. One big lesson the last decade drilled into me: Growth doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from clarity. Comfort keeps you busy. Clarity forces you to change. Over the last 10 years, I’ve learned that the real breakthroughs didn’t happen when things felt safe — they happened when I got honest about what wasn’t working and had the courage to move anyway. So going into the next decade, I’m bringing this with me: 👉 If it’s not aligned, it’s not sustainable. And if it’s not sustainable, it’s not worth your life force. That’s the standard now.
