Our team is awesome and we make sure we take time to celebrate them! Karya Laurels happens every six months and it is one of the favourite things we do as an organisation. Not because of the ceremony, but because of what it represents. A culture where contributions don't just get noticed in passing, they get named out loud, in front of everyone. This half we recognised eleven people across three categories, Impact, Innovation, and Values. Each nomination came with a real story, real work, real difference made.
