I’ve been in recruitment for two decades, but I do not recall hearing from a CEO: “I am off from Midsummer and back at the end of August. I will not be taking calls and I will have zero access to emails. You may reach out to X in my absence”. With that said, he signed two executive search assignments with us and off he went 🌅 It’s such a great feeling to have this much trust from a CEO! I also can’t help but feel a careful optimism in the air all around. Having our busiest summer in a long while, I dare to hope it’s great news for our talent market - the economy is recovering and companies are growing again 🚀
