I recently heard someone describe disability not as a limitation, but as a mismatch between a person and their environment. It stuck with me. On #InternationalDayOfPersonsWithDisabilities, I’m reflecting on the environments we shape - our systems, our tools, our workplaces - and how often they unintentionally exclude talent that’s already right in front of us. When we design with inclusion in mind from the start, we don’t just support persons with disabilities. We create cultures where everyone can thrive, contribute, and grow. Today’s theme — “Fostering disability-inclusive societies for advancing social progress” — is a reminder that progress is a collective responsibility. Let’s build workplaces that work for all of us. #IDPD2025 #Accessibility #Belonging #InclusionForAll #DEI
