I've never done this, but I recently took a chance and offered LI friend Tyrone Michael Avnit a small bit of editorial feedback about one of his posts, which yielded a fantastic revised post. Ty is on the cutting edge of AI-assisted development and worth following. My husband and I heard Ty speak at Product Camp Austin 2025, and both of us thought he gave an outstanding talk. His work is astonishing. Follow his writing and see for yourself. As I repost Ty's work, I am acutely aware of the many ways I can misstep in a field as critical as editing. Good editorial feedback, whether on business content or book manuscript, is incredibly insightful and empowering. It can also be overwhelming. Our skills matter. So does kindness. We're people who post publicly. We're here to help, not crush each other's spirits. As another year closes, I continue to believe kindness matters. Whether we're colleagues or acquaintances, we all rise when we show genuine support. We are in each other's care. +++ I'm Karen Frankian Aroian, the book and business content editor who believes kindness matters along with having the best editorial skills in the business.  • Read my LinkedIn testimonials and visit my website, https://lnkd.in/eYnUGjm.  • I'm here to help you develop ideas, organize chapters and review your final fiction and nonfiction manuscripts. • Business content?
