The General Mills Australia team were honoured to welcome the entire International Leadership Team to our Melbourne office and Rooty Hill production site. It was a special moment as it was the first time they’ve all been in the country at once (and for some, their first ever visit to Australia)!    The trip provided an incredible opportunity to come together in person and discuss the important role ANZ continues to play. More than that, it was a chance to connect as leaders, reflect on what we’ve achieved and the opportunities ahead.    The acknowledgement of the ANZ team’s performance over time, growth and experimentation mindset were fantastic recognition.
