Experience Design & Strategy / Tackling society’s biggest challenges through design
MAD//FEST musings - Some great themes coming through across the day: human centricity, using personal data to create genuinely better experiences (not just better targeting), and creativity working overtime to cut through the growing wave of AI slop. My two favourite stories? 1. British Heart Foundation: In Living Memory Claire Sadler shared the story behind the British Heart Foundation’s campaign to place 65 red benches across the UK. Rather than remembering those we’ve lost, each bench celebrates someone who’s still here thanks to life saving research. 2. Durex: Hidden in Plain Sight Eleonore Murauer & Lucy Rennie explored how challenging long held assumptions about sex, intimacy and relationships led to stronger creativity, more inclusive thinking and ultimately better outcomes. Did you get along to MAD//Fest? What was your favourite talk? Did you survive the heat on Brick Lane!? #MADFest #HumanCentredDesign #Creativity #CustomerExperience #Innovation #Marketing
