I have wrapped up my MBA journey at IIM Kozhikode, an experience defined by academic rigor, discipline, and sustained commitment. The programme demanded consistent effort through intensive coursework, challenging assignments, frequent presentations, and continuous evaluations. Balancing this alongside professional responsibilities meant sacrificing weekends and workdays for classes, deadlines, and preparation. The rigor tested endurance and focus, while also strengthening perspective, structure, and decision-making. Rigorous campus immersions added an additional layer of depth, combining immersive classroom learning with business simulations that strengthened real-world decision-making. I am grateful to the faculty at IIM Kozhikode for their guidance and mentorship, and to my peers for the collaborative and engaging learning environment. My sincere thanks to my family for their patience, understanding, and unwavering support throughout this demanding journey. I also extend my appreciation to the leadership and colleagues at Thermo Fisher for their encouragement and flexibility, which made it possible to pursue this programme alongside work.
