J-Beauty in action: we brought our two Japanese skincare brands Bioré and Curél to Japan Day in Düsseldorf, one of Europe’s largest cultural festivals attracting up to 650,000 visitors. Under the motto “J-Beauty by Kao”, we created an interactive brand experience, with our stand at the Rhine promenade becoming a vibrant hub for visitors to discover Bioré UV and Curél – Japan’s No. 1 skincare brand for sensitive skin – firsthand. From interactive highlights such as skincare analysis and a UV camera to a lucky wheel with product prizes, Bioré UV sunscreen dispensers and a Curél Mochi stand, we brought innovation, expertise and a touch of Japan to one of Germany’s largest Japanese communities. Another crowd favorite: our photobooth featuring K-pop band Stray Kids, where many visitors captured fun moments.
