Job Title: General Manager Company: Royal Rides Limousine LLC Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: CEO Job Overview: Royal Rides Limousine LLC seeks an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations. The ideal candidate will excel at managing teams, especially labor-intensive ones, and create systems to improve efficiency. With over 95% of employees being chauffeurs, this role requires excellent people skills and the ability to handle tough situations calmly. Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate chauffeurs, handle disciplinary matters, and resolve conflicts effectively. • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, scheduling, fleet maintenance, and safety standards. • System Development: Implement systems to improve operations, customer satisfaction, and driver performance. • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs like revenue targets, Salik, and fuel usage, ensuring chauffeurs meet expectations. • Problem Solving: Manage challenging situations with a calm, practical approach. • Fleet Management: Optimize fleet usage, vehicle assignments, and maintenance. • Budgeting: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement commission structures. • HR Functions: Work with HR on recruitment, chauffeur retention, and performance. • Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to the CEO. Key Qualifications: • Proven experience in fleet management or HR-intensive industries. • Strong people management skills, especially with labor-class employees. • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and system-creation skills. • Experience managing budgets and KPIs. • Excellent communication in English (Hindi/Urdu or Arabic is a plus). • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Operations (preferred but not required). Preferred Attributes: • Level-headed, strong-minded, able to handle tough decisions and maintain team morale. • Experience in fleet-based operations, vehicle maintenance, and scheduling.
