It’s official: KAMAX will join FONTANA GRUPPO, marking a milestone in the fastener industry!   A contractual agreement to this end has just been signed by both parties.   Our own capabilities, production footprint, and the market segments we serve align closely with Fontana’s existing operations.   Following completion, we will become part of a consolidated group with approximately €2 billion in revenue, generated across 42 production sites by more than 9,000 colleagues around the globe.   Closing is expected in the coming months, subject to the required regulatory approvals.   We’re excited about what lies ahead and look forward to shaping the next chapter together, delivering outstanding solutions to customers worldwide.     #KAMAX #FONTANAGRUPPO #Automotive #Fasteners #M&A
