“What keeps me motivated after all these years is the trust I receive from my managers, the appreciation of my colleagues, and the freedom I have to do my work in a way that makes a real difference,” says Petra Kalkman. She works as a QHSE coordinator in the Netherlands, but also has responsibilities related to facility management. Even though it was meant to be temporary, Petra has had an impressive career at Kalmar over the past 20 years!
