After more than 20 years of professional experience, including the last 3 years dedicated to the Customer Success team at Adobe in Latin America, the time has come to take a bold step and begin a new chapter outside Brazil! These years have been filled with intense learning, meaningful achievements, and unforgettable connections. I’m deeply thankful to my direct leaders in LATAM — Leandro Damião Barbosa, Michael Sykora, and Ruth Casanova — for their unwavering support, trust, and inspiration throughout this journey. I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the broader Adobe leadership across the region: Douglas Montalvao, Mariangela Louvain Pinudo, Victor Cabrera Creus, Pablo Pilon, Julio Cesar Cavalcante, Núbia Mota, Camila Miranda, Matthew Levy, Luciana Bersano de Castro, André Blazko, and Benjamin Wenger.
