We are hiring a Kaizen Production Lead and this position as crucial as it is, represents a hybrid approach to our work. First, if you’ve done PMP or Scrum that’s only one part, as the philosophy of Kaizen and 6sigma is bringing a continuous progress and systemic analysis to brands programs. This is why we’re known for supporting ISO quality systems. For quality managers, you will likely struggle if you’ve never worked with tech, marketing and creatives as the culture there is pretty unique and there isn’t a training for it, it is a way of being curious, living on the edge of an industry and moving ahead with innovation. Last, it’s about scale and adoption. We want this position to help bring the data needed to hire, scout new talents and streamline them inside our production pools where we mutualize or delegate highly skilled contributors to brands.
