Most of us know robots from home: small vacuum cleaners navigating around furniture, occasionally annoying the cat. But the principle is the same one we put to work inside a 19-metre industrial tank in Germany. A wall-climbing robot handled surface preparation across more than 4,000 square metres. No scaffolding required. Production rates were 300-500% higher than with manual labour. Most importantly, fewer people were exposed to physically demanding and hazardous tasks. The most effective robotic deployments aren't those where machines replace people. They're where people and machines work together, each doing what they do best. When conditions align, the results can be remarkable. Read the full KAEFER stories: https://lnkd.in/e86ehJD3
