DEVELOPMENT NEWS | 1 Kent Street, Sydney. Construction is progressing well at 1 Kent Street, Sydney. Late 2024 marked the start of this exciting journey, and we’ve already made significant progress, including removing the former rooftop to pave the way for an innovative new design. The upgraded rooftop will flood the building with natural light. In addition to solar panels, the building will be powered entirely by GreenPower, and we are committed to maintaining this through to 2030. Demonstrating our commitment to sustainability and wellness, 1 Kent Street is targeting a 5-Star Green Star rating, is WELL Core Precertified, and is targeting Upfront Carbon Neutral certification, setting a benchmark for healthier, more responsible Australian buildings.
