This leader will own a large engineering organisation responsible for a $100M USD ARR product portfolio serving thousands of enterprise customers. The mandate includes: • Leading and growing a +100-person engineering organization • Modernising large-scale legacy platforms and architecture • Building an AI-native engineering organisation • Driving adoption of AI across engineering workflows and customer-facing products • Partnering closely with product, commercial, and executive leadership • Defining the long-term technical strategy for a business undergoing significant growth We're looking for someone who combines strong technical credibility with executive-level leadership.
