Cohort 7 ✔️ — officially a graduate of the Northwest Women’s Leadership Academy 🎓✨ The Northwest Women’s Leadership Academy (NWWLA) is on a mission to change the face of leadership in local government - preparing and promoting women into executive roles, especially City Manager and Administrator positions. At its core, NWWLA is about: ✨ Building competency: equipping women with the skills to lead at the highest levels ✨ Strengthening confidence: so women don’t just step up, they own the room ✨ Expanding connections: creating a powerful, statewide network of support The vision?
