A woman of action. Throughout her life she asked the difficult questions of girls going to schools, women working to giving second chances to relatives – Kalsoom not only asked but also acted. Upon returning from her visit to London and meeting His Royal Highness Price Charles words flow from Kalsoom heart to her hand. She narrates her life journey of growing up with abject poverty, to finding happiness in teaching, to tumultuous marriage, to giving birth to a special need’s child, to finding economic empowerment work with Kaarvan and The British Asian Trust.
