Today we mark the International Day of Women and Girls in Science According to UNESCO, women represent approximately 33% of the global research workforce. While progress has been made, there is still alot to do to ensure equal visibility, recognition, and opportunity in science. Following this year´s theme of this day, “Synergizing AI, Social Science, STEM and Finance: Building Inclusive Futures for Women and Girls” as an organiser of international scientific conferences, we understand that who is invited to speak, moderate discussions, and shape programmes matters.
