Wrapping up my 16-month co-op at Teck Resources Limited has been incredibly meaningful. What started as an 8-month term grew into an experience that allowed me to support a full Performance and Succession cycle and gain hands-on exposure to Talent Management. This was my first professional role, and I’m truly grateful for the people who supported, challenged, and trusted me along the way. The learning, relationships, and growth I’ve gained throughout this journey have shaped me into a more confident and well-rounded HR professional. Thank you to everyone who made this experience so impactful. It’s been a pleasure. 💙
