Building an AI powerhouse in Prague Our Prague office is accelerating AI adoption with intent, curiosity, and collaboration. Since the beginning of the year, we have scaled hands-on learning through our AI Academy and events, expanded certifications, identified priority problems to solve, and focused on key workflows we can improve.   As we evolve the way we work with AI, we are looking at both the opportunities ahead and the need to build the right governance, ensure the right use of data, and maintain clear oversight. We keep a simple aim in mind: empower our people, improve decision-making, and increase our impact – ultimately measured in patient outcomes.   An early learning for me has been that working on AI adoption also drives stronger collaboration across our divisions, particularly between Innovative Medicines and our Corporate Center.
