Our team recently wrapped up the Essex Working Well walking challenge. 12 of our team members split into two teams to tackle a virtual route through the east coast of Spain, tracking their steps all the way from Malaga to Barcelona. Between walking, yoga & gardening, it was a lovely way to stay active with a little very gentle competition from 160 other companies and we virtually tracked 2,270km/1,410 miles. We finished in 51st and 113th place out of 162 teams. It was a great effort for a brilliant cause, especially as Essex Working Well will be planting 85 trees to celebrate the participation of over 850 people in the challenge.
