Wembley Stadium, Saturday, 6 May 1972. Arsenal play Leeds United in the centenary FA Cup final - and just look at the seating arrangements for the opposing managers and support staff. Arsenal gaffer Bertie Mee (second left) sits next to his forward Ray Kennedy, who was the team's sole substitute. He came on the second half. Ray is jammed next to Leeds (and England) trainer Les Cocker, who as usual is welded to the side of Leeds boss Don Revie. Can anyone imagine such an arrangement these days? When football was good! PS Fun fact: Pep Guardiola has left Man City having seen them finish in the top four places of the top league for 10 consecutive seasons. The only other manager to achieve this was Don Revie with Super Leeds in the 60s and 70s.
