The list of tasks when the event is over is incredible: Post mortem. Survey send and collection. Stakeholders feedback. Stats review. Then, the planning for next year starts all over again. Without even considering other events in the portfolio. Some event professionals I know never stopped since the pandemic. They pivoted, pivoted back, impacted the biggest three years in two decades, and are still thinking about what’s next. Unique individuals. What do you do when the event is over?
