The recent SWR report shows something important: our site in #Heilbronn is changing, and that’s a good thing. They call it "open heart surgery on the factory". Unilever is investing in this site and in Germany as a place for modern, sustainable food production. We are rebuilding and transforming while production keeps running and shelves stay filled. Reinventing ourselves isn’t just about new investments—it’s about how we work together every day. This kind of change only works when people bring flexibility, openness to new ideas, and the drive to make things happen.
