➡️The first-in-human experience with a heterotopic cross-caval transcatheter tricuspid valve replacement has just been published in EuroIntervention. Rather than replacing the native tricuspid valve, this novel approach targets one of the key drivers of symptoms in severe TR: systemic venous congestion.
