Delighted to unveil two exquisite new cuvées within PIRIE’s award-winning collection of fine, cool-climate, Tasmanian, méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines. Crafted with utmost care, passion and determination by our talented head Winemaker Tom Wallace, PIRIE Millésime Prestige Blanc de Blancs 2022 is a diamond-cut expression of purity and finesse, showcasing the incredible elegance and minerality of hand-picked Chardonnay grown in the pristine Tamar valley. A sublime match to freshly shucked Tasmanian oysters or pan seared scallops finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and dill. PIRIE Millésime Prestige Rosé 2023 shows an elegant salmon pink colour, coming from the addition of Pinot Noir into the blend. The wine exudes lovely rose petal and wild strawberry aromas. The palate is tense with a mineral edge and powerful fruit driven complexity. This cuvee would pair beautifully with a raspberry soufflé or a pan-fried ocean trout.
