Last evening at O’bar & Dining in Sydney, overlooking Sydney Harbour’s most iconic landmarks, we unveiled PIRIE Vintage 2021 through a beautifully curated gastronomic experience, reserved for a privileged circle of guests. We were honoured to have with us our Head Winemaker Tom Wallace whom, for the last 16 years, has been crafting rare, delicate and diamond-cut sparkling wines which rival in elegance and finesse the great Champagnes of the world. PIRIE Vintage 2021 is a vibrant sparkling wine which expresses the singularity of a single year, its nuances and the purity of our hand-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from our own luxury estates, along the meandering Tamar River, in Northern Tasmania.
