GTM & Partnerships @ColdIQ

AI SDRs (~$550M ARR) vs AI Agents (~$3.2B) vs AI Coding (~$10B)… … & how close are we to replacing anyone? 1) AI SDRs (Artisan, AiSDR, 11x…) a. Automates outbound prospecting: finding leads, sending emails, following up, booking meetings. b. Scope: Sales pipeline generation, single-function teams. c. Use Case: Sends 500 personalized cold emails daily without a human SDR. 2) AI AGENTS (n8n, Relevance AI, Zapier…) a. Connects tools & automates multi-step workflows across your entire stack, can do everything the other can do. b. Scope: Ops, marketing, sales, finance… any cross-functional process. c. Use Case: A new client signs → contract is drafted, onboarding is scheduled, Slack channel is created & invoice is sent, all automatically. 3) AI CODING TOOLS (Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity…) a. Writes, debugs & deploys full software products from a prompt by writing code autonomously, can basically do everything the others can do. b. Scope: Product & engineering, building entire systems, apps, automations, agents… c. Use Case: A solo founder builds, ships & scales a SaaS product in a weekend, orchestrates a GTM system leveraging multiple APIs… We have 3 types of AI Agents here, operating at different levels if we want to simplify it: → The AI SDR is an AI agent aimed at building pipeline and booking meetings, AI Agents or “the ability to make them” can be allocated across all fields and make automation for everything possible. → AI coding agents are basically AI Agents you talk to that build other AI Agents faster and with a precision we’ve never seen. We’re witnessing the rise of the last & most powerful categories of them all. Hard to imagine what’s next… Full breakdown ↓
