Today, six teams took the stage of #digitrack to present the result of weeks of hard work on some of ProRail’s toughest challenges. What stood out was not only the quality of the ideas, and the passion of the ProRailers, it was the mindset: • the courage to tackle complex problems • the openness to challenge existing ways of working • the ability to bring together different perspectives into something meaningful This is what makes a difference. A big thank you to all participants for their commitment and energy, and to the many colleagues and leaders who took the time to engage, support and show up. The jury and the public selected team Paars, ‘Slimme Besluiten op het OCCR’, but the real value goes far beyond a single solution. What we saw today is what ProRail can become when we combine users’ and clients’ insights, domain expertise, data and collaboration with intent. Congratulations team Paars! Go Digitrackers!
