As a female founder and CEO of an AI startup, I know there's plenty of work to be done to #breakthebias and see more women succeed in technical roles. As Armored Things builds and delivers occupancy analytics for smart space planning at college and corporate campuses, we also work to break the bias. This week we celebrate slow and steady progress - according to AAUW, 28% of the STEM workforce is women.
